Hi, I’m Julia Andohr. I help ventures and institutions turn complexity into growth, execution, and measurable outcomes.
I started my career in London strategy roles, working with organisations like Shell, T-Mobile, and O2 Telefónica on customer experience, propositions, and go-to-market decisions. That decade taught me how to structure ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and translate insight into work that ships, not just slides.
I then chose to focus my work on emerging market contexts, especially Tanzania, where I have supported founders, investors, and ecosystem actors on customer and market strategy, positioning, and revenue logic. I also worked with the World Food Programme’s Local Innovation Hub in Dar es Salaam, supporting mentorship for early-stage startups and ecosystem coordination tools.
Alongside advisory work, I have built research capability focused on entrepreneurial ecosystems and labour markets, including work with King’s College London and, most recently, the EU-funded MUSA project at Università di Milano Bicocca, where I worked with founders and firm data to translate evidence into practical recommendations for ecosystem stakeholders.
If you are building something that needs clarity and execution, I would love to hear from you.
